Check that you copied the full address. The link must be a supported type. See the supported links page for examples.

This link is not supported, or it belongs to another platform

Use the page that matches the link. Pinterest links go on the Pinterest downloader, X (Twitter) links go on the X downloader, and YouTube links go on the YouTube thumbnail downloader.

Too many requests right now

Wait about a minute and try again. Many requests in a short time can be limited.

This can happen when the service or the platform is having problems. Try again later.
